Enrique Rojas

Enrique’s first steps in music were playing the piano at the Jose Angel Lamas School of Music, then at the age of 15 he fell in love with the guitar and since then it became his main instrument. He studied guitar performance at the University of Arts in his home country Venezuela. Since the age of 20 years old, he has performed in several bands including rock bands, Latin jazz ensembles, folk groups and classical performances. Now in at this new period of his life he is directing Jazzophiles, a delightful smooth jazz band that combines emotions with high quality music.

He has been teaching guitar for 5 years, working with students of all ages. He makes his classes interactive, enjoyable, fun, and you can see the progress after every session. He teaches technique and theory applied to the instrument so that you can become an excellent musician.
